Payment Terms & Autopay Policy
All subscriptions require autopay with a valid payment method on file. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month. Annual plans are paid upfront in full and billed automatically at each renewal cycle. You may cancel anytime with 30-day notice. Prices are per user unless otherwise noted. STM manages all provisioning, license activation, and ongoing support for every subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does autopay mean?
Autopay means your subscription is charged automatically to your saved payment method (credit card or ACH) on each billing date. For monthly plans, this happens every month. For annual plans, the full year is charged upfront at purchase and then automatically at each annual renewal. You must keep a valid payment method on file to maintain active subscriptions.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing charges your card each month at the standard monthly rate. Annual billing charges the full year upfront at a discounted rate — typically 17–22% savings compared to paying month-to-month. Annual plans are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Why do NordLayer Business and Premium require a server add-on?
NordLayer’s Business (Core) and Premium tiers include advanced features like Zero Trust Network Access, device posture security, and custom DNS filtering that require a dedicated server with a static IP address. The server is a flat-rate add-on at $50/month (monthly billing) or $40/month when billed annually ($480/year paid upfront). NordLayer Essentials does not require a server.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel any subscription with 30-day notice. Monthly plans stop billing at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans remain active until the end of the prepaid term. Contact STM support to initiate cancellation.
Does STM handle setup and provisioning?
Absolutely. As your managed service provider, STM handles all license provisioning, user setup, tenant configuration, and ongoing support for every subscription purchased through us. You don’t need to deal directly with the vendor — we’re your single point of contact.
Are prices per user?
Yes, all product prices are per user unless otherwise noted. Kevlarr DMARC Monitoring is a flat rate of $180/year per domain. The NordLayer Server with Dedicated IP is a flat rate of $50/month or $480/year per server. NordLayer and Keeper require a minimum of 5 users. Microsoft 365 and Zoom have no minimum user requirement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers through our secure Stripe payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely — STM never sees or stores your raw card details.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time — we’ll prorate the remaining monthly balance toward your annual subscription. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.
